SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Study; Natural aquatic resources. Requests the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, in consultation with the appropriate state and federal natural resource management agencies, local governments, and interested parties to study the natural aquatic resources associated with available water resources. It is a two-year study with the final report to be submitted to the 2006 Session of the General Assembly. This resolution was continued to the 2005 Session by the Senate Rules Committee, and the subject matter will be considered by the State Water Commission during the 2004 interim.
