Study; conflicts of interests and lobbyist disclosure forms. Creates a legislative joint subcommittee to review the adequacy of the disclosure forms, study the use of a uniform conflicts of interests disclosure form, and examine the feasibility and costs of providing information from the forms on the Internet.
