SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Memorializing Free Trade Agreement. Memorializes the President of the United States and the Congress of the United States to withdraw the United States from the North American Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization, to refuse to ratify a Central American Free Trade Agreement, and to resist attempts to further liberalize American trade policy. This resolution was incorporated into HJR 290 (2004).
