Study; Commonwealth’s assistance to localities for developing adequate K-12 school infrastructure. Creates a joint subcommittee to study the level of the Commonwealth’s assistance to localities that is necessary for developing adequate K-12 schools infrastructure. The joint subcommittee shall consider the physical and technical structure needs of K-12 schools throughout the Commonwealth and various options for funding those needs.
