SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Alcoholic beverage control; annual banquet and annual mixed beverage banquet licenses. Creates a new annual banquet license for wine and beer and an annual mixed beverage banquet license for mixed beverages. Both licenses are limited to certain organizations and their guests and to no more than 12 events per calendar year. The provisions set out the application fee and the state and local taxes for these new licenses. The bill contains technical amendments.
