SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
High-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes. Repeals the July 1, 2006, "sunset" on use of HOV lanes by vehicles bearing clean fuel vehicle license plates, regardless of the number of their occupants. The provisions of the bill "sunset" if found to contravene federal law.
