SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Urban county executive form of government; disclosures in land use proceedings. Amends provisions requiring certain disclosures in land use proceedings in any county with the urban county executive form of government (Fairfax County) by lowering the current $200 gift threshold to any gift or donation having a value of more than $100, singularly or in the aggregate during a 12 month period. The provisions do not take effect until January 1, 2005, and do not apply to applications for a special exception, variance, or zoning amendment filed prior to that date. The bill is identical to SB 228.
