SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

VDOT highway logo sign program. Requires the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to administer a highway logo sign program consistent with the requirements of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. VDOT regulations implementing the program must "grandfather" certain program participants.
