SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Tolls on I-81. Repeals the third enactment of Chapter 593 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002 to provide that, if tolls are imposed for the use of Interstate Route 81 (I-81), all vehicles will be subject to the toll. The repealed enactment exempts passenger cars, pickup or panel trucks, and motorcycles from the toll.
