SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; filing returns with the commissioner of the revenue and the Department of Taxation. Clarifies that taxpayers may file their individual and fiduciary income tax returns with the Department of Taxation as well as the local commissioners of the revenue. The bill is similar to HB 104.
