SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Alcoholic beverage control; prohibited acts by mixed beverage licensees; exception. Allows a mixed beverage licensee to serve or deliver, or both, "soju" (a Korean alcoholic beverage) to a consumer in its original bottle. The bill defines "soju."
