SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Department of Health; adoption of the Food Code. Clarifies that the provisions of the Administrative Process Act do not apply to the adoption, amendment or repeal of any regulations by the Boards of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Health that are based on any supplement or more recent edition of the Food and Drug Administration's Food Code. The Boards of Agriculture and Consumer Services and Health are still required to publish an opportunity for public comment prior to adopting, amending or repealing these regulations.
