SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Administrative suspension of license or privilege to operate a motor vehicle. Provides that in the case of a person who is driving under a restricted license issued pursuant to § 18.2-271 or a person who has been previously charged with a violation of §§ 18.2-36.1, 18.2-51.4, 18.2-266, or § 18.2-266.1, or any substantially similar local ordinance but whose case has not yet gone to trial, such person's license shall be administratively suspended immediately and shall remain suspended until the case that is the subject of the current charge is heard.
