SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driving while license, permit, or privilege to drive suspended or revoked. Provides that mandatory minimum punishment for a third or subsequent offense of driving on a suspended license applies only if such offense occurs within 10 years of the first offense. The bill also revises existent language in an attempt to clarify, without changing the intent of the law.
