SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Failing to pay for motor fuel; penalty. Provides that any person who drives away without paying for motor fuel is guilty of larceny. Currently, there is a $100 civil penalty for such a violation. The bill also provides that the driver's license of such person shall be suspended for at least 60 days, as opposed to the current discretionary 30 days.
