SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Penalizing employee for service on jury panel. Provides that a person who is summoned to serve on jury duty is not required to work on the day of his jury service.
SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Penalizing employee for service on jury panel. Provides that no person who is required to appear for jury duty shall be required to work on the date of his jury service.
