SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Parking on secondary system highways. Allows the governing bodies of Fairfax, James City, Loudoun, Montgomery, Prince George, Prince William, and York Counties by ordinance to restrict or prohibit parking on secondary highways within their boundaries. Current law requires approval of these actions by the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
