SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Crimes; DUI; blood test. Amends the implied consent statute to extend from three hours to six hours the time period in which a blood or breath test can be taken after a stop.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Crimes; DUI; blood test. Eliminates within the implied consent statute the requirement that a blood or breath test be taken within three hours of the stop.
