SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Emergency custody and temporary detention orders; transportation. Requires magistrates who issue either an emergency custody or temporary detention order for a person with serious mental illness to direct the transportation of that person by a single law-enforcement officer from a specified agency and jurisdiction or multiple law-enforcement officers from specified agencies and jurisdictions.
