SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Alcoholic beverage control (ABC); operation of government stores. Provides an exception to the general rule that ABC stores are not to be open on Sunday. The bill provides that certain government stores, as determined by the Board, may be kept open on Sunday for the sale of alcoholic beverages during hours designated by the Board. The bill requires the Board to adopt regulations to implement the provisions of the bill.
