SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Posting of penalties for violations involving transportation of municipal solid waste. Requires all landfills accepting commercial vehicles carrying municipal solid waste to post the penalties for violating the section of the Code that requires that loads not escape from vehicles and that some loads be covered.
