SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Comprehensive Services for At-Risk Youth and Families. Adds the chairman of the state and local advisory team to the State Executive Council for Comprehensive Services for At-Risk Youth and Families. In addition, the bill adds a representative from the Department of Medical Assistance Services to the state and local advisory team.
