SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Virginia Information Technologies Agency; contracts for personal computers. Allows licensed teachers employed in a full-time teaching capacity in Virginia public schools or in state educational facilities to purchase personal computers for use outside the classroom on state contract. Currently, the ability to buy such personal computers is limited to public school teachers.
