SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motorcycle learner's permits. Allows persons to operate motorcycles under a motorcycle learner's permit if accompanied by a person providing immediate supervision from an accompanying motor vehicle (instead of motorcycle). It also allows nighttime operation and operation on limited access highways. Operation while under supervision of someone who is not licensed to operate a motorcycle is disallowed.
