Remote access fees; treasurers. Allows local treasurers who provide electronic access to public records to charge a fee to cover operational expenses. The fee goes into a special nonreverting local fund.

The fee goes into a special nonreverting local fund. Additionally, the treasurer may charge users a treasurer's fee not to exceed $25 per month. This is the same fee scheme used to support remote access to circuit court clerks' records.
