SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Motor vehicle dealers. Repeals the provision of § 46.2-1500 that exempts persons who sell and distribute fire-fighting equipment, ambulances, and funeral vehicles from having to be licensed as motor vehicle dealers. The amendment to § 46.2-733 amends a cross-reference to a renumbered subdivision in § 46.2-1500. The bill becomes effective January 1, 2005.
