SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Certificate of competence. Requires personnel of (i) the Department of Conservation and Recreation who inspect for compliance with the Erosion and Sediment Control Law and (ii) the Department of Environmental Quality who inspect for compliance with stormwater management permits, to hold valid certificates of competence of the Erosion and Sediment Control Law, as required of local program personnel.
