Special license plates; members and associates of court-appointed special advocacy programs. Amends present law authorizing issuance of special license plates to members and associates of the Virginia Court Appointed Special Advocate Association to authorize issuance of special license plates to members and associates of court-appointed special advocate programs, instead.
