SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Recordation of instruments; social security numbers. Provides that where the circuit court clerks have the power to decline to accept any instrument submitted for recordation that includes a grantor's, grantee's or trustee's social security number, the attorney or party who submits the instrument has responsibility for ensuring that the number is removed from the instrument before it is submitted for recordation.
