SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Examination of licensees; confidential sources of information. Adds pharmacists and other licensed medical professionals who are treating the driver or prescribing him medications to those sources of information about a driver's mental and physical capacity that the Department of Motor Vehicles shall keep confidential.
