SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Golf carts. Authorizes the operation of golf carts on the easternmost half mile of Virginia Route 712 (Robins Point Avenue) in Middlesex County, provided they are driven by persons who are at least 16 years old, display a slow-moving vehicle emblem, and have not had their engine horsepower increased beyond manufacturer's specifications.
