SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Use of certain wireless communication devices by drivers while vehicle is in motion. Provides that the driver of a motor vehicle is prohibited from using any hand-held wireless communication device while his vehicle is in motion, unless the device is equipped for hands-free operation and the driver is so operating the hands-free equipment.
