SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Reckless driving; penalties. Provides that if a person is convicted of reckless driving while driving on a suspended or revoked operator's license (for a moving violation) and as the sole and proximate cause of his reckless driving, causes the death of another, he is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Reckless driving; penalties. Provides that if a person, while driving on a suspended or revoked operator's license, drives recklessly and causes the death or serious bodily injury of another, he is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
