SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Special license plates; general registrars. Relocates authorization of issuance of special license plates for general registrars from § 46.2-746.9 to § 46.2-737. The effect of this change is to exempt these plates from the requirement for submission of at least 350 prepaid applications prior to issuance.
