SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Concealed handgun reciprocity; law-enforcement officers. Provides that for the purposes of participation in concealed handgun reciprocity agreements with other jurisdictions, the official government identification card issued to an active duty law-enforcement officer residing in the Commonwealth and employed by a law-enforcement agency in the Commonwealth is deemed to be a concealed handgun permit.
