SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Safety inspections. Exempts vehicles manufactured for the current or immediately preceding model years from safety inspections, provided their odometers show they have been driven no more than 50,000 miles. This exemption does not, however, apply to inspections required to be performed by dealers prior to sale of any vehicle.
