SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Alcoholic beverage control; taxes on local licenses. Authorizes the imposition of a local license tax on wine shipper's, beer shipper's and wine and beer shipper's licenses of not more than $10 per license. The bill also authorizes a local license tax on farm winery licenses of not more than $50, and decreases the current local license tax on winery licenses from $1,000 to $50.
