SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Urban issues. Makes several amendments to provisions that call for a report on the condition of the Commonwealth's urban areas. The report will be developed during the first year of each new gubernatorial administration and a cabinet-level committee shall be established to assist with such report.
