SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Freedom of Information Act; electronic communication meetings. Authorizes the conduct of electronic communication meetings for local public bodies, including any political subdivision of the Commonwealth or any governing body, authority, board, bureau, commission, district or agency of local government or any committee thereof. The bill also contains technical amendments.
