SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Roanoke Law Library; additional fees. Authorizes imposition of an assessment of $6, rather than $4, by the City of Roanoke, as part of the costs incident to each civil action filed in the courts located within its boundaries. The increased revenues shall be used to support operation of the Roanoke Law Library for additional days of the week.
