SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Delinquent juveniles; disposition. Requires, for juveniles 11 years of age or older who can be committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice for an offense that would be a Class 1 misdemeanor if committed by an adult, that the juvenile must have previously been adjudicated delinquent on three separate occasions.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Delinquent juveniles; disposition. Requires, for juveniles 11 years of age or older who can be committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice for an offense that would be a Class 1 misdemeanor if committed by an adult, that the juvenile must have previously been adjudicated delinquent on three separate occasions and had three separate disposition hearings.
