SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA). Establishes the violations and penalties for interstate motor carriers operating in Virginia without proper registration and identification markers as required by the IFTA. The bill also provides who may be cited for violations and authorizes the seizure of vehicles when an interstate motor carrier fails to satisfy a judgment.
