SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Malicious bodily injury; penalty. Provides that causing bodily injury by means of an infectious biological agent or radiological agent is punishable by confinement in a state correctional facility for between five and 30 years if done maliciously and as a Class 6 felony if done unlawfully but not maliciously.
