SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; disclosure of fees and compensation from certain publicly regulated business. Requires a separate disclosure statement to be filed by any legislator receiving fees or compensation in excess of $10,000 in a 12-month period from a publicly regulated business such as a bank, insurance company, or public utility.
