SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Compensation for care of injured infant. Clarifies that among the damages that a parent or guardian is entitled to claim against a tortfeasor for injury to a child includes time lost from employment due to transporting the child to receive medical treatment, and the travel expenses related to that travel.
