SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Impoundment of motor vehicle for driving while license suspended. Provides that a motor vehicle may be seized and impounded for any offense of driving with a suspended license. Currently, only specified offenses qualify for impoundment. The impoundment would continue for the duration of the driver's license suspension period. Currently, the impoundment is limited to 30 days.
