SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driver's license fees; safe-driving brochure. Imposes an additional fee of $0.05 on the initial issuance of every driver's license. This money is to be used to produce a safe-driving brochure that will be given to persons 18 years old or younger when they are issued a driver's license or learner's permit.
