SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driver's licenses; vision tests; study; report. Requires applicants for driver's licenses or renewal of their driver's licenses to pass a vision test if they are 80 years old or older. The bill also requires the Department of Motor Vehicles to study the effects of aging on driving ability, for the purpose of developing a comprehensive approach to licensing drivers.
