SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Statewide Fire Prevention Code; buildings or structures intended for worship; natural cut trees. Removes the authority of the Board of Housing and Community Development, in cooperation with the Fire Services Board, to adopt regulations prohibiting the use of natural cut trees in a building or structure intended for worship.
