SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Driving while license, permit, or privilege to drive suspended or revoked. Provides that any person who is found to have unreasonably refused to provide a blood or breath sample when stopped for driving while intoxicated and who is at the same time driving on a suspended license for a prior conviction of any of the drunk driving statutes shall be punished by a mandatory minimum term of confinement in jail of 90 days. Additionally, upon conviction, any license suspension for the unreasonable refusal shall run consecutively with any existing license suspension.
